    shock / link & articulation

I've been toying with the shock and link placement , my problem is, that putting a link or shock closer in or further out, how does this affect articulation & shock travel ? Which does what ? could someone help me out here ?? Thanks.

basically the further from straight up and down you move the shock the more articualtion you can get and the softer the effective spring rate. it also lowers ride height.
as far as link placement im not sure which axis you are referring to when saying "in or out". Your best bet is to download the 4 link calculator which can be found on pirate4x4.com or IIRC in whoodies signature line....just change the values and it will calculate the effects (squat, rollcenter, ect)
