New guy - interested in some scale trail driving

Looks like I'll be picking up a scx10 soon and I'm looking for some folks to meet up with and drive on some trails.

I'm in west Houston about 15 mins from Katy RC.

I am also in Katy, near Katy-Fort Bend Rd. I have been interested in finding some people to do just this with in the area. I currently have a slightly modded ax-10 but I should be getting an scx-10 soon too. I'd love to check out some spots with some locals.

if you park in the first lot when you go in, and walk down the paved trail into the woods keep an eye out for dirt trail's that lead off into the woods. there is quite a bit from one front of the park to the end. now keep in mind these are just random trails created by walkers. however some of it looked like it could be fun some of it was just flat. also keep an eye out into the woods I saw some cool possible trails with a little work with a rake to move the leaves out of the way.
