    Zero Ultra the heavyweight shafty

After a big learning experience out at Murrell Park last weekend I decided to throw together a comp style shafty real quick to gain some seat time and improve my driving skills. Ace's rigs looked like they performed really well so I figured I'd toss together a "simple" belly dragger.

Here's what I came up with.

A small amount of 3/16 rod, mostly pieces I had already bent that were wrong from the "scrap" bin
    My Wraith Currie axles
    A spare 7955tg
    MMP
    Novak Ballistic 550 with 8.5T 2400kv windings
    12t/57t gearing

This is essentially the running gear from my FJ while I disassembled it to finish out the details and have the twin hammers all torn apart for another round of upgrades. It easily conquered the test rock pile in the back yard that has always given my rigs or one of my friends trouble in one way or another. I need to find some more challenging stuff to crawl. I'll get some more pics if I can put down the tools or the radio.

Went out and drove it some. I was able to throw together a quick vid for it, hoping to get some more footage tomorrow.
